What Happens When You Walk In?
No mystery, no confusion. Here's exactly what to expect from the moment you arrive.
Walk In — No Appointment
Arrive at the clinic during operating hours. No appointment and no referral are required. Our front staff will check you in and add you to the queue.
See a Licensed Physician
A licensed MD will assess your concern, explain your diagnosis clearly, and discuss treatment options with you — no rushing, no dismissing.
Leave With Real Answers
Walk out with a clear plan: prescription, referral, lab order, or follow-up steps. You'll understand exactly what happens next.
What to Bring
- A valid OHIP card (or out-of-province health card)
- Any medications you are currently taking (or a comprehensive list)
- Relevant medical records if this is regarding an ongoing issue

What Windsor Patients Say
Real reviews from Windsor community members who've experienced care at our clinic.
"Amazing doctors and the staffs especially Diana, Lopez, Lory and Ankur. It's very hard to find a good clinic like this in Windsor. I would 100% recommend this clinic to everyone."
Alwin Cherian
"Dr. Lopez is amazing. He listens, takes his time to do a thorough assessment and cares for his patients. His assistants in the office are so kind and have patience, Joy and Courtney. I wish he were accepting patients as a family doctor. We would have him care for our whole family. Highly recommend!"
Jen Fernandez Higgens
"I had a great experience at this walk-in clinic. The wait time was minimal, which was a pleasant surprise, and the staff provided excellent service from start to finish. Dr. Nick was incredibly helpful and attentive, and Ankur, the pharmacist, helped a great deal with the prescription. I truly appreciate the care and professionalism from the whole team. Highly recommend!"
